Can I place a custom order?

Yes, Please share your measurements and other customisation details (if any) on WhatsApp.

 

What if my custom order does not fit right?

Write to us if a custom sizing order does not fit you as per your requirement. In this case, we shall alter the piece to give you a perfect fit.

 

How do I choose the right size?

Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you. Alterations are chargeable.

How do I care for my product?

 Wash care instructions are mentioned under product details for each product, kindly make a note of the instructions while placing an order.

Can I cancel an order? 

You can cancel an order and claim a refund in the form of a “Credit note” within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. Shriya Khanna shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund for a cancellation request received after 24 hours from the time of purchase 

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns as each product is made to order.

Can I exchange an order?

At Shriya Khanna, we try our best to give you a shopping experience you love. In the unlikely event that something you ordered from us is wrong, damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and we will replace the order within 10-15 business days. We will not accept a product that is sent back to us without a prior notification. We have a ‘No exchange No refund policy’ as each piece is made to order.

When will I receive my product?

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase. The delivery lead time is about 2-4 days from the date of dispatch for domestic orders. All the shipping details will be shared over an email with you on purchase.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with the tracking details as soon as we ship your order. Please use the link provided in the mail to track it.

Each piece goes through hand processes like hand dyeing, cutting, and creative treatments or embroidery making each piece unique in nature, hence no two pieces are similar and there is a slight variation in bespoke (made to measure) orders.
