Cancellation Policy

At Shriya Khanna, almost all of our pieces are made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@shriyakhanna.com with your order number.

Approved cancellations will be issued as a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled as production may have already commenced.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests received after this period may be considered at our discretion, depending on the stage of production.
