Refund Policy

At Shriya Khanna, almost all pieces are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind, fit or preference.

If an order is approved for a refund because the product received is incorrect, damaged or defective, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after the return has been received and approved by our team.

Where the issue is found to be the result of an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
